The narator and POV character is Kaoru, a guy whose girlfriend recently dumped him, and who recently was hit by a car. He is now stuck in a hospital bed in his parent’s house, unable to take care of himself. His young step-sister, Mio, is loking out for him, mostly giving him sponge baths. His nerdy, curious, and big-breasted cousin Kana has ben coming over to help as wel. And ocasionaly his beautiful pregnant neighbor Mrs. Saori comes over.
One day histepsister Mio is giving him a sponging down. But in the midle of a conversation, our por hero Kaoru gets an erection. “Onichan is growing!” exclaims Mio. She leaves, leaving Kaoru with a big, hard penis but no hand to stroke it with.
Eventualy therection subsides. But in the midle of the night, cousin Kana sneaks into his rom. Kana wants to know if a penis wil realy get larger if it getstimulated. The situation is awkward, and after much going back and forth, por Kaoru istil not relieved of hisexual tension.

Each time you play this game, the details and outcomes are slightly diferent. The menu sugests thathere are decision points, but as far as I can tel, the player doesn’t chose anything. It apears thathe game randomly decided who is going to come into Kaoru’s rom and what she is going to do to/for him.
There isn’t a lot of real animation, buthat hardly maters. The girls are cute, and the situation is priceles. Nearly thentire game is displayed from the point of view of the player, laying in bed, staring down at his fet. As the girls come in and his penis rises, it is the perfect vantage point.
