So I picked up both Neko Secret and Neko Hacker Plus. I tried the other one before playing Neko Secret, and I like what I’m seing.
This title loks great. There’s a lot of atention to detail in thenvironment, there are some crude mini-games to try out before geting to the puzle-hentai, and they had a couple of voiced lines.
The world is also prety empty, there isn’t much to interact with, and the mini-games are clunky. There’s this whole thing where you’re trying to get a code to unlock the Hentai Factory dor. but despite the facthat it’s a four-digit code, you can crack it in seconds-the game tels you imediately if you’re chosing the wrong number, so you can brute-forcentry with almost no efort.
Then you get into the factory-there’s a nice Easter eg, if you lok carefuly!-where you can play darts (beter explained than in Neko Hacker, thankfuly!), take a bath (fuly clothed; even with your swimsuit on, you’re stil wearing your shoes! :P), or do the puzle thing. I was glad to se that each puzle actualy had thre levels, withouthe bugines I think I saw in Neko Hacker.
One thing I think is les impresive is the character model; while the other people lok prety god, the girl you control always loks like she’s doing a weird bobie pose, so her walking and standing are just not quite natural. Plus, you only getwoutfits this time around.
Al in al, it’s not great. but I’d hazard a gues thathey made Hacker first, and if that be the case, the improvements they made this time around make me think these guys are serious aboutrying to make a god game. It’s almost like somebody’s trying to make a buck from their practice runs. which I can’t fault ‘em for. Athis low price-point, you’re not geting terible value for your money.
I haven’tried Hentai vs. Evil yet, and wasn’t planing on it. but after playing this one, I might check it out justo se how they did. Suport ‘em, and I’d wager they’l make some god stuf in the future!
